Everything
You are in everything I see and do.
You are in the trees, the grass, the sky, the clouds.
You are the strength — the firmness of the rugged tree trunk.
You are the flexing branches strained by the winds but never breaking.
The leaves are you, and the seasons change you
and you accept it. You fall and you are reborn.

You are in everything I see and do.
The rocks, the rivers, the sand, the seas.
Your natural aptitude (your attitude) cascades down the mountains
and you are free and you are beautiful.

You are in everything I see and do.
The built up cities, the hard-working industries,
You scrape the skies with erected pride.
You are pathways and roads and everything paved.
You know where you're going and you are carefully planned.

You are in everything I see and do.
You are words on the page. You are paint on the canvas.
You are the melody. You are the lyrics.
You are the mathematics that hold up roofs and bridges.

You are strangers in the streets.
You are friends. You are lovers.
You are in absolutely everything I see and do.
You are thoughts in my head. You are my ashes when I'm dead.
